My partner and I stayed overnight during a weekend get away. The service, room quality, and unique experience were all done in a friendly and welcoming way that allowed us to relax for our get away. We stayed in B3 and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Big thanks to Jaimi and her partner for running a terrific B&B.

The Mckinleys Bed and Breakfast was wonderful. My husband and I stayed overnight before the train ride. It was perfect, quaint, clean, very quite. Rooms were warm and cozy, beds were very comfortable, and the owners were superb. Very accommodating. If ever this way again will definitely stay. Recommend anyone staying here for any event, please check them out!!!!!!

This Inn is so cozy! The room was lovely, and the stained glass door was stunning. Cozy common space in the main building and access to an ice machine and filtered water at all times were nice touches. The breakfast was delicious, and the dining room was beautiful. We were traveling to ride the Polar Express and the innkeepers had special ornaments the kids got to put on the tree in the dining room. It's a great family friendly place to stay with charm in every corner!

We could not be happier with the entire experience of our stay. The innkeepers were outstanding and super helpful! They made it possible for us to swap rooms with another guests so we could bring our pet last minute AND made provisions for some dietary restrictions in the delicious, home cooked breakfast. Never had a hotel or bed and breakfast go out of their way like that. Our family really loved everything about this place and would recommend it over and over.again.

We had the most amazing stay at McKinley Edwards Inn. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. They even left a surprise in our room for my son when we returned from the Polar Express. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. 100/10! We will definitely return!

I spent a weekend there with a service organization, but the trip was purely social. I was amazed at how charming the end was, and how welcoming and thoughtful the staff was. There are many different accommodations at the Inn And we stayed in the cottage. It was lovely and though we did not use it it had a wonderful kitchen and eating area as well as a living area and two bedrooms. They have a great fire pit and a completely lovely dining area for the wonderful breakfast that are served. I can’t wait to make my next trip.

This was our first time staying here, and we loved it! There is such a thing as hospitality at its best. The breakfast was tasty and the attention to detail is evident. Note: Instead of booking through a trip website call the inn directly to make your reservations. You get a better price, and you will receive repeat guest discount. This establishment goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Also, go to the inn’s direct website so that you can see what your room looks like and what floor it’s on. There isn’t an elevator as noted on their website. This way, you can see if the room is appropriate for your needs. It’s by far the best place that we have stayed in Bryson City. It’s 0.6 miles to the GSMR. It’s walkable to downtown if you’re in decent shape; however, it’s all uphill coming back. Our room was clean. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved the inn! Marianne was very accommodating with our late check in. She walked us to the room, showed us the layout of the room and grounds. The grounds are landscaped to perfection. At the time of our visit there were relief innkeepers, Gene and Chris, they were very welcoming and treated to us like family. The home cooked breakfast was absolutely amazing. Chris outdid herself! We traveled with our Golden Retriever and she was welcomed by the staff and a lot of restaurants have a pet friendly patio. We will definitely be back to stay at McKinley Edwards Inn.
